Conservation and Restrictions

Stage 1 outdoor watering restrictions are in effect from May 1 to October 15. 

Residential lawn sprinkling is permitted from 4:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m. on the following days:

Even numbered addresses: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday

Odd numbered addresses: Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday

Note: multi-family dwellings are considered even or odd according to the overall building number and not the unit number.

Non-residential lawn sprinkling is permitted from 1:00 a.m.-6:00 a.m. on the following days:

Even numbered addresses: Monday, Wednesday

Odd numbered addresses: Tuesday, Thursday 

Even & odd numbered non-residential addresses: Friday 4:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m. only

These sprinkling regulations apply only to lawns; hand watering of gardens, shrubs, trees and flower beds is allowed. When washing a boat or motor vehicle, water hoses must be equipped with an automatic shut off device.
