Are you concerned about the climate crisis and issues of inequality in our world? Please join local author Julianne Harvey to discuss these themes in her new novel Post Civ. Together, we can work to imagine a better, kinder, fairer society that values everyone equally. Light refreshments will be served.

Bio: Julianne Harvey is an author, educator, and nurturer. She’s the author of six books and holds an MFA, a BA in Creative Writing, and a Certificate in Counselling Skills. Julianne lives in South Surrey, BC, with her family and one unruly, badly behaved-cat. Her first YA novel, Jamesy Harper’s Big Break, is in your library now, and Post Civ will be available in the fall of 2024.
