Public Information Meeting - Development Application at 1485 Fir Street

The City of White Rock has received an application for a Zoning Bylaw Amendment and Major Development Permit. The proposal involves rezoning the property from ‘RM-2 Medium Density Multi-Unit Residential Zone’ to ‘Comprehensive Development’ to allow for the construction of a six-storey rental apartment building. The property is an existing rental building and the development would be subject to Council’s Tenant Relocation Policy. The meeting is hosted by the applicant in an open house format where City staff will be in attendance to introduce and monitor the meeting and to report back to Council.
