SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING (BYLAW 2506 - WHITE ROCK ZONING BYLAW, 2024, NO. 2506)

Mayor Knight has called a Special Council meeting and is enacting Section 131 of the Community Charter requiring Council to reconsider and vote again on the following bylaw that was initially considered for third reading as amended at the June 24, 2024 regular Council meeting: 


BYLAW 2506 - WHITE ROCK ZONING BYLAW, 2024 NO. 2506 Bylaw 2506 - A bylaw to adopt the "City of White Rock Zoning Bylaw, 2024, No. 2506". Bylaw 2506 was the subject of a corporate report at the May 27, 2024 Regular Council meeting and will be brought forward to address Bill 44 - Small Scale, Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH) regulations from the Province. 


In accordance with Bill 44 a public hearing for this matter is prohibited. Bylaw 2506 received first and second reading on June 10, 2024 and will be the subject of this agenda for consideration of third and final reading.
