Wind impacts in White Rock - Nov. 17, 2020

The City of White Rock is keeping an eye on extreme windy conditions today. Environment Canada has issued a wind warning, with possible gusts of up to 90 kilometres an hour.

Currently closed:

  • Ravine trails
  • All public washrooms without power

 

Please use caution when visiting the White Rock Pier or Promenade today and be sure to monitor the wind conditions before you go outdoors.

Drive with caution and use the four way stop procedure at intersections where traffic signals are out.
