The City of White Rock is seeking food and beverage cart vendors to operate in designated areas along the White Rock Promenade from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022.
Vendors will use carts only, no motorized vehicles, and will sell food and beverages only, no novelty items. Only existing business license holders in the White Rock Business Areas and/or food cart operators that are connected with White Rock-based businesses are eligible. The intention is to permit White Rock businesses to add to their current business, rather than creating more competition for local restaurants.
There are five designated food cart locations along the White Rock Promenade. Interested vendors can submit an Expression of Interest. This includes their proposal, preferred choice of five locations, and hours of operation, including the time for set-up and closing.

Expressions of Interest must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 17, 2021.
