Join in White Rock Pride Week activities from July 15 to 23, 2022 to celebrate our community’s diversity and promote inclusiveness and equality.
In recognition of White Rock Pride, the City is installing a Pride banner at the White Rock Pier entrance, will light the Pier in Pride colours, and will fly the Pride flag at City Hall from July 15 to 25.
Pride Events:
- July 15, Friday: Pride Flag Raising Ceremony
Join the City of White Rock and the White Rock Pride Society to raise the Pride flag outside of White Rock City Hall, 15322 Buena Vista Avenue, at 5:30 p.m.
- July 15, Friday: Pride Ride
The Pride Ride takes place Friday evening starting at 7 p.m. at Centennial Arena, 14600 North Bluff Road. For information, visit whiterockpride.com
- July 23, Saturday: White Rock Pride Family Day
The first annual White Rock Pride Family day is a family-friendly street festival to celebrate Pride and enjoy food carts, vendors and local entertainers. This free event takes place at Miramar Village (15165 Thrift Ave.) from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. hosted by the White Rock Pride Society. Visit Pride Family Day for details.
