Registration for Winter programs opens on Wednesday, Nov. 30 at 8:30 a.m.

- In-person at:
- White Rock Community Centre (15154 Russell Ave.)
- Centennial Park Leisure Centre (14600 North Bluff Rd.)
- Kent Street Activity Centre (1475 Kent St.)
White Rock Recreation and Culture Customer Service is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., excluding statutory holidays.
