[ARCHIVED] Friday Update: Facility and Activity Changes Due to Weather

Facility and Service Changes Today Due to Snow

Waste and Recycling Collection Cancelled

All collection zones have been postponed by one day this week. Residents whose collection is normally scheduled for today will be collected on Saturday, Dec. 24 to catch up on the Green (Friday) zone.

Please ensure collection containers and materials are free of snow and ice before placing them out for collection. Some streets may still not be safely accessible for collection staff and equipment due to icy conditions. Staff will do what we can to come back to those areas if conditions improve and the City is able to safely clear snow and ice.  Regrettably, this may not be possible for a few streets until next week's collection.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Find your collection schedule at whiterockcity.ca/waste.
