White Rock City Hall
City Hall, 15322 Buena Vista Ave., will be closed for the holidays from Dec. 25 to Jan. 3, reopening on Jan. 4. City Hall is closed to the public due to COVID-19 with appointments available. Visit whiterockcity.ca/covidclosures
Parking Decals
Parking Decals are available for purchase online at whiterockcity.ca/parking
Engineering and Municipal Operations
The Engineering and Municipal Operations Building, 877 Keil St., will be closed for the holidays. If you have a questions, please email operations@whiterockcity.ca or call 604-541-2181.
Waste Pickup
Some waste pickup dates change over the holidays. Collection on:
- Friday, Dec. 25 will be picked up on Thursday, Dec. 24
- Friday, Jan. 1 will be picked up on Monday, Jan. 4
- There are no other changes in the collection schedule during these weeks

Recreation Facilities
The White Rock Community Centre, Centre for Active Living and Kent Street Centre remain closed due to COVID-19. If you have questions, please email recreation@whiterockcity.ca or call 604-541-2199.
