- Online at whiterockcity.ca/register
- By phone at 604-541-2199 with a customer service representative
- In-person at the White Rock Community Centre (15154 Russell Ave.), Centennial Park Leisure Centre (14600 North Bluff Rd.) or the Kent Street Activity Centre (1475 Kent St.)
White Rock Recreation and Culture Customer Service is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., excluding statutory holidays.
