The City of White Rock is seeking stand-up paddleboard and/or kayak rental concession vendors in designated areas along the White Rock waterfront from June 1 to October 31, 2024.
Requirements:
Vendors are required to provide all temporary storage, structures, equipment, and transportation needed to operate. Vendors must remove all temporary storage, structures, and equipment at the end of the business day. The vendor will have non-exclusive rights to use the portion of the beach during operating hours and must pay a business licence fee payable to the City of White Rock.
Location:
There are three (3) designated Stand-up Paddleboards and/or Kayak Rental concessions locations along the White Rock beach. Interested vendors are required to submit an “Expression of Interest” which includes their proposal, their preferred location (choice #1, #2 or #3) and hours of operation including time-of-day for set-up and end-of-day.

Deadline:
Expressions of Interest must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, March 25, 2024 to the City of White Rock Recreation and Culture Department, c/o Centennial Arena, 14600 North Bluff Road, White Rock, B.C. V4B 3C9.
