As part of the Rail Safety Improvement Project (News Release here), there will be a full day closure on Monday, November 26 at the Balsam Street rail crossing and a portion of the promenade west of Balsam Street.
The Burlington Northern Sante Fe’s (BNSF) contractor will be starting directional drilling work. Construction is ongoing at Finlay Street, Ash Street, and Bay Street, where contractors have completed most of the demolition work.
