The City of White Rock is proud to support local artists through the Pop-Uptown Artist Program. The Pop-Uptown Program allows artists to occupy the Landmark Pop-Uptown Gallery and share their talents with the community.
Applications are now open online for 2025. Deadline to apply is Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
Only teams of artists (minimum of 3) or arts societies/ organizations are eligible, and one must reside in White Rock or South Surrey.
Located at 15140 North Bluff Road, the Landmark Pop-Uptown Gallery facilitates and inspires local artists and creative enterprise in White Rock.
