How to Participate
It's easy to participate in the Community Challenge! From June 1 to 30, 2024, pledge to engage in physical activity.
ParticipACTION has a library of online videos to get active, including Yoga, Gentle strength training, Dance for healthy joints and more!
Every active minute counts! Whether participating in sports, walking on the promenade or working in the garden. Physical activity is important for everyone, at every age and we want our residents to build connections and remain engaged in a healthy and active lifestyle year-round.
About the Challenge
The ParticipACTION Community Challenge presented by Novo Nordisk is a national physical activity and sport initiative that encourages everyone in Canada to get active throughout June in search of Canada’s Most Active Community.
