The City of White Rock’s Water Utility Division provides safe and clean drinking water to its residents and businesses through an 80-kilometre watermain network. White Rock's drinking water sources are the Sunnyside Uplands Aquifer and 7 wells located throughout the City.

The Engineering and Municipal Operations Department is responsible for the maintenance, repair and upgrades of the water supply and distribution system.

For emergencies outside of normal business hours (on weekdays after 4:30 p.m. or on Saturday/Sunday) your call will be forwarded to the Fire Dispatch non-emergency line.
