A “Delegation” is the process when an individual appears before City Council to make a presentation, request an action, provide an update on a project/idea/concept, or provide further information on an issue currently before Council.
How do I Request to Appear as a Delegation?
In order to appear as a delegation, a request form must be completed in its entirety and submitted by 8:30 a.m. on the Monday prior to the scheduled meeting.
Presentations or other electronic media must also be submitted by 8:30 a.m. on the Monday prior to the scheduled meeting. City Staff will contact you to confirm your request, and if scheduled, the meeting date.
