Community Events Calendar Criteria
All events submitted to our event calendar must:
- Take place in White Rock
- Be primarily for entertainment or leisure purposes
- Be open to the general public and not require membership
- Occur one time (e.g., annually) and not be ongoing
- Not be based on the sale of products or services
Events submitted to the calendar must not:
- Be commercial, for-profit, individual, or personal occasions
- Be religious, political, or industry-specific professional events
The City of White Rock reserves the right to decline events that don’t meet the above criteria and the right to feature events that may not meet the above criteria, yet are deemed beneficial, on a case-by-case basis, to share with the community.
Display of content on City properties and media does not constitute endorsement of the content by the City.

Fill out the below online form.
Submissions for requests from event holders must be received at least 7 business days in advance but no more than two months prior of the event start date. Event details might be edited, and approval can take up to 4 business days.
