[ARCHIVED] Scheduled appointments available at City Hall


White Rock City Hall has reopened for scheduled appointments, with safety and cleaning measures in place to protect employees and visitors from the spread of COVID-19.

City Hall was closed to the public starting in March 2020 to keep employees and visitors safe and healthy during the pandemic.

People connecting with the City are encouraged to use the phone, email, Drop Box or website to connect with the City to pay bills, make applications or ask questions. For more complex issues, appointments may be needed.

Complex situations requiring an in-person discussion


Payments for taxes and utility bills: at financial institution in-person or online, by mail, or Drop Box.

Parking tickets: online at our website, mail or Drop Box.

Parking decals and permits: submit request online, customers will be called for credit card information once reviewed.

Garbage and Green waste stickers or recycling boxes: submit request online, customers will be called for credit card information and to arrange a pick-up time.

Bylaw tickets, business and dog licences can be applied and paid for at

Noise extension applications can be mailed to City Hall or dropped off with a cheque payment in the secure Drop Box in front of City Hall.

Alternatives to in-person appointments for delivery, application materials, including payment of application fees (cheque) can be placed in the secure Drop Box at City Hall. Applicants are strongly encouraged to review their project, digitally, with a Planner before submitting. To do so contact
