White Rock is home to an amazing array of talent. Stroll the Art Walk on the promenade and meet artists and view their unique work.  

How to Become an Art Walk Artist 

Are you a local artist who would like the opportunity to create and sell your artwork on the White Rock Promenade? 

A limited number of artists are permitted to create and sell their artwork in White Rock. The intent of these permits is to exhibit and demonstrate the process of producing art. Selected artists will be required to obtain an Artists Walk Permit which is $150 annually.

If you are renewing your license please also fill out the application and you will be notified when it is approved.

All artists must agree to follow the City of White Rock Art Walk Guidelines.

How to Become a Street Entertainer

A limited number of entertainers are permitted to perform in White Rock. Selected entertainers will be required to send in an audition video and if approved will be required to obtain a license which is $25 annually.  If you are renewing please fill out the application and you will be contacted when your application has been approved. 

All Buskers must agree to follow the City of White Rock Busker Guidelines.
