How to Become a Pop-Up Artist


The City of White Rock is proud to support local artists through the Pop-Uptown program. The intent of the art gallery is to facilitate and inspire new artistic and creative enterprises in White Rock. Pop-Uptown allows artists to occupy the art gallery and share their talents with the community.  

Applications are now closed for 2024 year and will re-open Spring 2024 for the 2025 year.
