Street Banners

Artistic street banners add vibrancy to White Rock. The Street Banner program provides an opportunity for community artists to submit creative and visually appealing designs that reflect the history and culture and create a sense of place.

Street Banner Designs

Thank you to all who submitted a design for the City’s street banners. Your submissions show how talented our community is and how much community spirit White Rock has.

White Rock has four neighbourhoods where community art is featured on street banners.

  • Uptown
  • Five Corners
  • West Beach
  • East Beach

The chosen banner designs will be featured for two years and rotate through the spring/summer and fall/winter season
