How to Become a Uptown Artist
The City of White Rock is proud to support local artists through the Uptown program. The intent of the art gallery is to facilitate and inspire new artistic and creative enterprises in White Rock. The Uptown program allows artists to occupy the art gallery and share their talents with the community.
Applications are closed and will re-open August 2025.
