Emergency Daytime Warming Centre

White Rock’s Emergency Daytime Warming Centre provides refuge for people experiencing homelessness during cold weather. The Centre is open daily until March 2023.

Emergency Daytime Warming Centre Information:

• Location: 14600 N Bluff Rd, White Rock BC (modular building across from Centennial Arena)
• Hours of Operation: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
• Capacity: 30
• Services: meals/snacks, personal care, mental health resources, counselling 
• Operator: Engaged Community of Canada Society (ECCS) 

White Rock's Emergency Daytime Warming Centre is funded jointly by the City of White Rock, the City of Surrey, and a grant from the Union of British Columbia Municipalities (UBCM).
