White Rock offers a number of services to meet the needs of seniors in our community. Whether you want to get fit, try something new or join a group or club, White Rock offers a variety of activities to suit all ages, abilities, and interests.

Kent Street Activity Centre


The Kent Street Activity Centre provides recreational activities and social and educational programs for seniors 55+ including special events.


Seniors' Membership 

Purchase a Kent Street Activity Centre membership for $42. Membership includes:

  • Seventeen (17) different activity groups, including snooker, table tennis, carpet bowling, contract bridge, and more.
  • Membership pricing for all Kent Street Centre special events
  • Enjoy a $5 discount on popular 55+ excursions
  • Volunteer leadership opportunities in many activity groups
  • Membership is valid until December 31, 2024.

Kent Street Activity Centre Coffee Shop

Delicious Homemade Cuisine!  Fresh baked good, sandwiches, soups and frozen meals are available Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  

The Coffee Shop is now closed for the summer and will re-open on September 3. Frozen meal sales will return on September 16.
