Property tax rates are the rate used to determine how much property tax you pay, based on the assessed value of your property.
Each year the BC Assessment updates the assessed values of properties within the province. These assessments along with the City's tax rates are the basis for calculating your municipal Property Taxes each year.
Assessment notices are mailed annually to White Rock home owners each January. If you do not received your assessment notice, or wish to discuss your assessment value, please contact the BC Assessment at 1-866-825-8322 or info@bcassessment.ca.
