Choices Markets Criterium – Friday, July 17
Please be advised that no vehicles can be parked on the race route between 1:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please refer to the map below for further clarification on affected streets.
To ensure the safety of cyclists, TOWING will be in effect along the race route, especially along:
- Johnston Road
- Pacific Avenue
- Fir Street
- Roper Avenue
- Perimeter streets around the race route are OPEN. Please use Thrift, Merklin, Centre, Royal, and Martin.
If you live on the race route and must move your vehicle, please report to a Race Marshal and they will safely direct you to your destination.
Peace Arch News Road Race – Saturday, July 18
Please be advised that no vehicles can be parked on the race route between 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Please refer to the map below for further clarification on affected streets.
Please note:
- Marine Drive will have limited access routes and ALL BUSINESSES WILL REMAIN OPEN.
- Rolling road closures will be in effect. If you live on the race route and must move your vehicle, please report to a Race Marshal and they will safely direct you to your destination.
- There will be three (3) access routes to Marine Drive parking lots to facilitate the flow of business employees, spectators, and shoppers. Traffic will be channelled to Marine Drive via OXFORD St., BALSAM St., and STAYTE Rd.
To ensure the safety of cyclists, TOWING will be in effect in higher risk areas along the race route, especially:
- Along MARINE DRIVE, (between PARKER and BERGSTROM)
- Along COLUMBIA, (between PARKER and JOHNSTON)
- Down VICTORIA to VIDAL and MARINE.
