Transport Canada has revoked the day time whistling order dated 31 July 2014.
After review and evaluation of the corrective measures taken by the City of White Rock and BNSF, Transport Canada was satisfied that both the City and BNSF addressed hazards or conditions posing the immediate threat to safe railway operations.
The City and BNSF are still working together to address the remaining concerns that have been expressed by Transport Canada.
