Starting July 16, the intersection of Johnston Road and North Bluff Road will be controlled by flag persons for three weeks, from July 16 to August 3 during the hours of 5:00am to 7:00pm Monday-Friday. Signage and certified traffic control people will be in place and emergency vehicles will have access.

- During work hours – traffic lights at the intersection will be turned off and the intersection will be managed manually by a professional traffic management team.
- After work hours – the work areas will be safely covered and traffic lights at the intersection will be turned back on.
The interruption at the intersection is for excavation, pipe and manhole installation and back fill. This road work is scheduled for three weeks and is expected to cause slower traffic and delays as the traffic management team will deem necessary to calm the traffic to accommodate road safety during construction activity.
Normal operation of the intersection is expected to resume upon completion of this work.
