The White Rock Public Library will now be open on Sunday afternoons year-round as a result of White Rock City Council approving the 2013 – 2017 Financial Plan.
Traditionally, the library has only been open on Sundays from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. between Thanksgiving and Easter, which would have meant that the library would close on Sunday afternoons starting April 7, 2013, until Thanksgiving. With the new hours in effect, the library will now remain open on Sunday afternoons all year-round.
