Water Utility Bills
Payments that are not received on time by the City of White Rock are subject to a 5% penalty regardless of the actions of an intermediary, such as Canada Post. However, you can keep up to date on your account balances and avoid late payment penalties by using these handy alternatives and online services.
e-Billing
Create an online account at through MyWhiteRock. After you login, you can view your current water utility bill, as well as previous bills and check your account balance.
