Today marks International Women’s Day. The message this year is “be bold for change”. In White Rock, we have many women in our community, at City Hall, and on Council that are tremendous role models who exemplify leadership and success. As a Council, we would like to honour the women in our community and encourage them to be bold for change, as you make our City and nation as a whole a better place to live.
Let’s continue creating greater, supportive environments so that we can become a more gender inclusive and equitable world.
