Join the City of White Rock for our annual Canada Day by the Bay celebration presented by Amica White Rock. A variety of family-friendly activities will be going on from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on West Beach, Monday, July 1! This annual event attracts thousands of people and is one not to be missed. Here are some of the highlights:
Kids Zone at Bayview Park| 10 am – 4 pm
- Featuring Korki the Clown
- Sea Star Face Painting
- Community Stage
- White Rock Firefighters Charity Association BBQ (11 am - 3 pm)
Budget Blinds Main Stage at Memorial Park
- Opening Ceremonies start at 1 pm
The opening ceremony includes a reaffirmation ceremony, singing of the National Anthem
and a cake cutting sponsored by Save-on-Foods - Local entertainers will be performing all day for your enjoyment
Evening headliners sponsored by the White Rock BIA | starts at 7 pm

- Lovecoast at 9 pm
The City of White Rock will also be hosting an official opening of the newly revitalized Memorial Park during the Canada Day celebrations. Follow the events calendar on the City’s website for further information.
Vendors will be present along the promenade selling a wide variety of handcrafted items and don’t forget about our sparktacular fireworks finale that starts at 10:15 pm. For best viewing, we invite you to find a spot anywhere along the waterfront!
