The City of White Rock is looking for public input to include in a citywide parking strategy that is being developed to improve parking management across the city.
The parking strategy, which will go before City Council for consideration in July, is being created by the City with the help of Surrey-based Urban Systems. As part of the engagement, a survey is available on the Talk White Rock platform as of June 11 at talkwhiterock.ca/parking. The City will also reach out to local businesses.
The input will be considered in the development of a parking strategy that will be presented to White Rock City Council in July 2021. The report to Council will include a comprehensive review of existing parking regulations and policies, which will be compared with technical data and best practices.
