The City’s draft 2023 Annual Report is now available for public review and comment. The 2023 Annual Report includes audited financial statements, a summary of 2023 milestones, a progress report on the 2023-2026 Council Strategic Priorities, financial reporting, and statements from the Mayor and CAO.
The 2023 Annual Report will be presented at the Monday, June 24, 2024 Council meeting. Public comments can be submitted by:
- Attending the meeting in person; or
- Emailing ClerksOffice@whiterockcity.ca or mailing/ dropping off their submissions to Corporate Administration - 15322 Buena Vista Avenue, White Rock, B.C., V4B 1Y6.
Deadline for written submissions is 12:00 p.m. [noon] on Monday, June 24, 2024.
The meeting will be streamed live and archived through the City’s web-streaming service.
Copies of the 2023 Annual Report are available for public inspection on the City website, the Corporate Administration Office at City Hall (located at 15322 Buena Vista Avenue), the White Rock Library or the White Rock Museum and Archives as of June 7, 2024.
Municipalities are required under B.C.’s Community Charter to produce an annual report that states the City’s goals and objectives for the coming year and demonstrates what progress has been made toward the preceding year's goals and objectives.
