Free Skating at Centennial Arena
The City of White Rock is hosting a free Family Skate on Monday, February 19 at Centennial Arena.
Two skating sessions are available including the Family Stick N Puck at 10:45 to 11:30 a.m. and Drop-in Family Day Skate from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. No skates? No problem. Skates and helmet rentals are free as well.

Visit Generations Playground
Have fun and play at the Generations Playground, an all ages, all abilities playground featuring slides, zip lines, outdoor fitness equipment, music learning station, and more. This popular playground has activities for all ages and is open every day from dawn until dusk at Ruth Johnson Park, 14600 North Bluff Road.
Play Tennis or Pickleball Over Family Day Weekend
Practice your racquet skills and start a game of tennis or pickleball at the courts in Centennial Park, 14600 North Bluff Rd. The courts are open from dawn until dusk, seven days a week.
Dogs in White Rock
Your pooch is part of your family – take them to the off-leash dog park located in Ruth Johnson Park (14600 North Bluff Road) or take them for an on-leash stroll along the White Rock Promenade. Walk the 2 kilometre long promenade from East to West beach and enjoy the views of our beautiful City by the Sea. Dogs are permitted on the White Rock Promenade until March 31.
White Rock Sculptures
The White Rock Promenade Sculptures exhibit features 10 unique sculptures from artists around B.C. Take a look and find your favourite creation along the White Rock Promenade from the Pier towards East Beach.
